Caine’s Pizza 🍕 Leading the Way, One Slice at a Time! 🔥

We recently had the pleasure of meeting Charlie, the passionate creator and owner of Caine’s Pizza. As a mobile caterer, Charlie and his team have been serving mouth-watering pizzas to delighted customers across Harlow, Hertfordshire, Epping, and beyond. Their homemade pizzas have become a hit at farmers markets, community events, private parties, weddings, and even office gatherings.
Curious about the origins of this delicious venture, we asked Charlie how it all began. He shared
“I’ve lived in Harlow my entire life and attended Stewards School as a child. Although I had no prior experience working in a kitchen or as a chef—my original career was in construction and house building—I always had a passion for cooking, inspired by my hero, TV chef Gary Rhodes. When I saw an opportunity for a mobile pizza kitchen in Harlow, my family encouraged me to take the leap and start the business. And that’s how Caine’s Pizza was born.”
Caine’s Pizza takes pride in their flavour and quality, crafting fresh dough daily and selecting the finest ingredients for a mouth-watering taste. With their mobile pizza ovens, the team has popped up in various locations, delighting customers wherever they go. Recently, they were a hit at Newhall’s Farmers Market, attracting a rush of customers from the moment they opened at 10am.
Throughout our conversations, it became clear that Charlie is a true people person. He loves meeting others, chatting, and building connections. To raise the profile of Caine’s Pizza, he regularly attends business networking events in Harlow. Additionally, he has benefited from the Harlow Digital Boost Grant to enhance their website. We asked Charlie what’s next for Caine’s Pizza, he said:
“We’re thrilled to be opening our Camden Kitchen —it’s both exciting and nerve-wracking! For Harlow and beyond, we aim to cater more private events, whether it’s a party or wedding. We offer delicious, friendly, and affordable options for you and your guests. Currently, we’re converting a horse box into a ‘pizza box’ for private hire events.”
Once the Pizza Box is complete, it will be a fantastic addition to the team’s growing operations. In 2025 alone, they have already booked 25 weddings, along with multiple parties and events, making for a very busy calendar. Every private hire event includes the pop-up pizza stand, a menu of pizza choices, salads, and even tasty dessert pizzas.
Charlie’s passion for pizza and making people happy is matched by his deep love for Harlow. As a home-grown talent, he has first-hand experience growing up in Harlow and starting a business. He has been visiting local schools to share his journey and inspire the younger generation of Harlow to follow their dreams.
