Local Graphics Producer Creates 100% Sustainable Banner

KGK Genix is a graphics producer who made Harlow their main production facility five years ago. Graphics production is typically filled with single use products, this led Graham Pitts, the MD of KGK Genix to identify the need for eco-alternatives and set up Totally Eco eighteen months ago.
Totally Eco produces a range of eco banners as an alternative to roller banners. The selling point of the eco banners is that they are entirely recyclable and easy to use.
Single use roller banners are difficult to recycle as they cannot be taken apart, and the banner itself is made of PVC which cannot be recycled. Totally Eco banners are 100% recyclable, from banner to packaging. The banners are made from cardboard, they unfold from their travel case into one upright piece, a premade fold in the back allows them to be bent and slot into their stand. The banners can even be put up from a seated position, making them an accessible option. Then when you are done it folds back into its cardboard case which is lightweight and sturdy.
The concern with banners is that they get damaged with use over time. However customer feedback has shown they are capable of being used over hundred times, the Totally Eco test product for their events has been used over a couple hundred times. The banners range in size from standard to Jumbo Display which is 3 meters wide. The jumbo display was used to create a gingerbread house for the local garden centre Van Hages.
Totally Eco continue to strive for sustainability in their business practices, currently 90% of their vehicle fleet is electric and they are carbon neutral for scopes 1 and 2. To visit the Totally Eco website and see their products, click here.
