Stort Valley Spirits & Gifting returns to Harlow!

The well-known local brand Stort Valley Spirits & Gifting has made a triumphant return to Harlow. The business was founded in 2020 by Emma and Rob Robson who are passionate about supporting small businesses, shopping locally, ethically and sustainably. After three years of successful growth, they now stock a wide range of products including flavoured vodka, gin, rum and whisky as well as sparkling wine, beer, cider, coffee, handmade chocolates and food produce, all sourced from the local area. They also offer custom food and drink hampers, all of which can be personalised using branded ribbon.
To accommodate Stort Valley Spirits & Gifting’s increasing growth, the team relocated premises to Edinburgh Way, Harlow in Summer 2023. The new site has provided ample opportunity for growth and sits within a prime location in the centre of Harlow. One of their key aims was to become part of the Harlow business community, supporting local businesses and charities where possible. For example, during the refurbishment of the premises they sourced several products and services from small, local businesses including signage, office furniture, lighting, and even paint. They also worked with Harlow College, offering students paid opportunities on the design of materials and photography. They champion local produce to include within their offerings and hampers, both supporting local businesses and reducing their carbon footprint. They also donate all bottles to local charities for repurposing and resale. Stort Valley Spirits & Gifting are passionate about supporting the local community and are keen to make further local connections as they grow in Harlow.
The team hosted a successful open evening at their new premises which included viewings of guest areas, drink tastings and samples from their local partners. The new facility features a plush tasting room which is open for pre-booked tasting sessions. Plus, larger parties can book the ground floor area which has a stocked bar. Purchases for individual bottles, gifts or hampers can be made at the onsite shop or online via their website.
