Harlow Enterprise Zone
Harlow has a nationally designated Enterprise Zone focused on providing for the advanced manufacturing, life sciences and ICT/Digital industry sectors. It includes two sites at London Road and Templefields industrial area.
The Harlow Enterprise Zone offers:

- refurbished and new buildings
- simplified planning process through Local Development Orders
- excellent digital connectivity, including access to superfast Broadband
Kao Park (London Road South) – on the site of the former Nortel Networks laboratories where fibre optic telecommunications was invented, offering ‘Grade A’ office space and includes a ground-breaking data centre development Kao Data. Current occupiers of Kao Park include
Raytheon, Arrow, Pearson and Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust.
Harlow Innovation Park
Harlow Innovation Park (London Road North) – offering space for science, technology, research and innovation companies in newly developed buildings (Nexus, Modus and Arise) and build to suite opportunities. Current occupiers include Renasas, Xylem, Smartkas and Medstrom. HIP is soon to benefit from new café and meeting facilities in attractive landscaping, and sustainable travel infrastructure.
Templefields is an existing industrial estate offering manufacturing and logistics space and longer-term development opportunities. The site is about to benefit from Government funded new road infrastructure connectivity to improve access to the strategic road network.
Harlow Enterprise Hub
Harlow Enterprise Hub provides fully managed office and workspace on flexible ‘easy-in easy-out’ tenancy terms which are ideal for new and growing businesses. It also offers virtual tenancies, enabling businesses to have a registered address to comply with Companies House requirements without the cost of renting a physical space.

Latton Bush Centre
