Harlow Enterprise Zone
Harlow has a nationally designated Enterprise Zone focused on providing for the advanced manufacturing, life sciences and ICT/Digital industry sectors. It includes two sites at London Road and Templefields industrial area.
The Harlow Enterprise Zone offers:

Kao Park
Kao Park (London Road South) – on the site of the former Nortel Networks laboratories where fibre optic telecommunications was invented, offering ‘Grade A’ office space and includes a ground-breaking data centre development Kao Data. Current occupiers of Kao Park include
Raytheon, Arrow, Pearson and Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust.
Harlow Innovation Park
Harlow Innovation Park (London Road North) – offering space for science, technology, research and innovation companies in newly developed buildings (Nexus, Modus and Arise) and build to suite opportunities. Templefields

Harlow Enterprise Hub
Harlow Enterprise Hub provides fully managed office and workspace on flexible ‘easy-in easy-out’ tenancy terms which are ideal for new and growing businesses.
